Common questions.
Do I need a business registration to apply?
Formal business registration is not required to apply, particularly for independent stylists and braiders. However, Gold and Platinum tier accounts may be asked to provide a business name, invoice address, or social media presence as part of the verification process.
Can I mix different products in one wholesale order?
Yes. You can mix wigs, bundles, braiding hair, and Color Lab products within a single order as long as the minimum order value for your tier is met. There is no requirement to order multiple units of the same product.
Is white-labelling or custom packaging available?
Custom branding and white-label packaging is available exclusively to Platinum tier partners. This includes custom tags, packaging inserts, and branded bags. Minimum quantities and lead times apply — your account manager will provide full details upon Platinum approval.
What are the shipping terms for wholesale orders?
Wholesale orders are processed within 24–48 hours for Gold and Platinum tiers, and 3–5 business days for Silver. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Free shipping thresholds do not apply to wholesale orders — a flat wholesale shipping rate is applied instead.
Can I return wholesale orders?
Wholesale orders are non-returnable unless there is a verified quality defect or a fulfilment error on our part. If you receive incorrect or damaged items, contact your account manager (or our wholesale email) within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or credit.
How long does application approval take?
All applications are reviewed within 48 business hours. Once approved, you will receive a welcome email with your portal login, your tier confirmation, and the contact details for your account manager if you are on Gold or Platinum.
Do you offer international wholesale?
Yes. We accept wholesale applications from international partners. International wholesale orders ship via DHL or FedEx International. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiving partner. Contact us directly for international wholesale shipping rate quotes before placing your first order.
