Thank you for shopping with TheMultiHairZone. We are committed to getting your order to you safely, carefully, and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time and is required for quality inspection and secure packaging of each item.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
- During peak periods (holidays, sales, new launches), processing may extend to 5–7 business days. We will communicate any delays via email.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard Shipping
5–7 business days after processing. Free on orders over $150. Flat rate on orders under $150 — calculated at checkout.
Express Shipping
2–3 business days after processing. Rate calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Overnight Shipping
Next business day after processing (where available). Rate calculated at checkout.

International Shipping
We proudly ship to customers worldwide.
- Estimated delivery: 10–21 business days after processing, depending on destination country and local customs processing times.
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
- TheMultiHairZone is not responsible for delays caused by customs, import restrictions, or local postal services.
- International customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any fees imposed by their country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in your order total and will be collected upon delivery.
Tip: We recommend checking your country’s import regulations for hair products before placing an international order.

Shipping Carriers
We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on your location and selected shipping method. The carrier will be confirmed in your shipping notification email.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account at themultihairzone.com and visiting the Order History section.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier’s system to update with your shipment details.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. TheMultiHairZone is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Address changes can only be accommodated within 12 hours of placing the order and before dispatch. Contact us immediately at contact@shopmultihairzone.com if you need to make a change.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members and neighbors and confirm your delivery address. Then contact your local carrier with your tracking number. If unresolved after 3 business days, contact us at contact@shopmultihairzone.com.
Stolen Packages
TheMultiHairZone is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but subsequently reported stolen. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location or requiring a signature at checkout.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives visibly damaged, photograph the packaging and contents immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@shopmultihairzone.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
