Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly, so changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately at hello@shopthemultihairzone.com with your order number. After the 12-hour window, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. You’ll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order including your order number, item details, and estimated processing time. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and do not store your card details on our servers. All payments are processed through trusted, PCI-compliant payment processors.
How long does processing take before my order ships?
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipping. This allows our team to carefully inspect and package each piece to meet our quality standards. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
How long will shipping take after my order is processed?
Shipping times depend on your location and the method selected at checkout:

How long does processing take before my order ships?

How long will shipping take after my order is processed?
Shipping times depend on your location and selected method:

- Express Shipping (Domestic): 2–3 business days
- International: 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs
Do you offer free shipping?

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link. You can also log into your account on our website to view your order status at any time.
My tracking hasn't updated in several days. What should I do?
Tracking can experience delays especially for international orders or peak periods. If there’s been no movement for more than 5 business days (domestic) or 10 business days (international), contact us at hello@themultihairzone.com and we’ll investigate.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unaltered, in original packaging with all tags attached, and free of any odors, products, or signs of use. Items that have been worn, washed, cut, or colored cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
How do I start a return?
Email us at hello@shopthemultihairzone.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for returning. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization number and instructions. Do not send items back without prior authorization.
Can I exchange my item for a different length, color, or texture?
Yes, exchanges are available on eligible unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Follow the same return process and specify what you’d like to exchange for. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit.
What if my order arrived damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will prioritize resolving the issue with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Wig Questions
What does "HD lace" mean?
HD (High Definition) lace is an ultra-thin, transparent lace material that blends seamlessly into all skin tones. Unlike regular lace, HD lace doesn’t require tinting or heavy concealing — it creates a truly undetectable, melted hairline right out of the box.
What is the difference between a 13×4 and 13×6 lace front?
- 13×4 — 13 inches across the hairline, 4 inches back. Great for standard middle or side parts.
- 13×6 — 13 inches across, 6 inches back. Gives you a deeper parting space and more styling flexibility including deep side parts and pulled-back looks.
What does "glueless" mean? Will the wig actually stay on?
A glueless wig uses adjustable elastic bands, combs, and clips to secure the unit — no adhesive needed. When fitted correctly, it holds firmly for everyday activities. For extra security during workouts or events, you can add a light-hold wig grip band underneath.
What is a wear-and-go wig?
A wear-and-go wig comes pre-customized — the lace is pre-cut, the hairline pre-plucked, and knots may be pre-bleached. Simply adjust the cap, lay the edges if desired, and step out. No glue, no waiting, no lace trimming needed.
Can I use heat on my wig?
Yes. All our human hair wigs are heat-friendly. Always use a heat protectant spray and keep tools at a moderate temperature — below 380°F / 193°C — to preserve the hair’s longevity.
Can I dye or bleach my wig?
Because our wigs are 100% human hair, they can be professionally dyed, toned, or bleached — just like your natural hair. We strongly recommend having color work done by a professional. We are not responsible for damage caused by coloring.
How long will my wig last?
With proper care, a quality human hair wig can last 1–2 years or longer. The lifespan depends on how frequently it’s worn, how it’s stored, and how consistently it’s cared for.
My wig arrived with shedding. Is this normal?
A small amount of initial shedding is normal for all human hair wigs, especially when first handled. This typically settles after the first wash. Excessive shedding beyond the initial wear is not normal — contact us with photos and your order number within 7 days of delivery.

Bundles & Closures
How many bundle packs do I need for a full sew-in?
- Short styles (10″–14″): 2 bundles + a closure
- Medium styles (16″–20″): 3 bundles + a closure
- Long styles (22″ and above): 3–4 bundles + a closure or frontal
When in doubt, order one extra bundle — uninstalled bundles can always be stored for touch-ups.
What is the difference between a closure and a frontal?
A closure (4×4, 5×5, 6×6) covers just the parting area — low-maintenance and beginner-friendly. A frontal (13×4, 13×6) covers the entire hairline ear-to-ear for full styling flexibility including half-up styles and ponytails. Frontals are more advanced to install.
Can bundles be used to make a custom wig?
Absolutely. Our bundles are perfect for wig-making. When paired with a closure or frontal and sewn onto a wig cap, they create a fully customized unit. Many of our customers and stylists use our bundles specifically for this purpose.

Braiding Hair
What is bulk hair and how is it used?
Bulk hair is human hair sold without a weft (no sewn track). It’s used for braiding styles — knotless braids, boho braids, feed-in braids, and invisible part styles. Because it’s 100% human hair, it moves, feels, and blends like natural hair.
How much bulk hair do I need for a full head of knotless braids?
For a full head of medium-sized knotless braids, most stylists use 3–5 packs depending on the desired thickness and length. For larger braids or longer lengths, you may need more. We recommend consulting your stylist for an accurate estimate.
Can bulk hair be colored or toned?
Yes. Our natural black bulk hair can be professionally toned or dyed. Our pre-colored bulk options (honey blonde, brown mixes) are ready to use with no additional coloring required.

Hair Care & Maintenance
How do I wash my wig or bundles?
- Detangle gently before washing — start from ends to roots
- Rinse with lukewarm water (never hot)
- Apply sulfate-free shampoo, working root to tip in downward strokes
- Rinse thoroughly then apply moisturizing conditioner mid-length to ends
- Rinse conditioner fully, gently squeeze out excess — do not wring
- Air-dry on a wig stand
How often should I wash my wig?
For daily wear, wash every 7–10 days. If worn less frequently, every 2–3 weeks is fine. Over-washing strips moisture; under-washing causes product buildup that leads to tangling and dullness.
How do I prevent shedding and tangling?
- Always detangle from ends to roots — never start from the root
- Avoid going to sleep with wet hair
- Use a silk or satin pillowcase, or wrap in a silk scarf at night
- Keep the hair moisturized with a leave-in conditioner or light oil
- Avoid excessive manipulation
How should I store my wig when not wearing it?
Store on a wig stand or mannequin head to maintain shape. Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For long-term storage, use a breathable silk or satin bag. Always ensure the wig is fully dry before storing.
