Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS
At TheMultiHairZone, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy carefully before initiating a return.

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date. To qualify, items must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- The item is unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition.
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- The item is free of any odors, styling products, cosmetics, or signs of use.
- The item has not been washed, cut, dyed, bleached, or chemically treated in any way.
- The return is initiated within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Any item that has been worn, even once.
- Any item that has been washed, styled, or had products applied to it.
- Any item that has been cut, colored, bleached, or chemically altered.
- Any item removed from original packaging showing signs of handling or use.
- Sale items or items purchased with a discount code (store credit may be offered at our discretion).
- Custom orders or specially sourced items.
Please note: We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not meet our stated conditions. Items returned without authorization or that fail our inspection will be returned to the customer at their cost.

How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at contact@shopmultihairzone.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for returning.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
- Securely package the item in its original packaging and ship to the address provided.
- Include your RA number clearly on the outside of the package. Returns without an RA number will not be processed.
Important: Do not send items back without a Return Authorization number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item sent, item arrived defective or damaged).
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. TheMultiHairZone is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 3–5 business days. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the credit — this can take 3–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
If your return is not approved, we will notify you by email with the reason and return the item to you where applicable.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges on eligible unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a different length, texture, or color, subject to stock availability.
- Follow the same return process above and specify in your email that you would like an exchange and what item you prefer.
- If the desired item is in stock, we will process the exchange once your return is received and inspected.
- If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue store credit for the value of your returned item.
- Any price difference between the exchanged items will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@shopthemultihairzone.com with:
- Your order number.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Photos of the item and packaging clearly showing the damage or defect.
We will prioritize resolving the issue with a replacement item or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.
